Who I Am
My name is Violet and I am the founder and baker for InHouse Sourdough.We are a microbakery that is currently running out of my home, thus our name InHouse. I started baking bread because I missed my mom’s home cooking. She made everything from bagels to loaves to pizza. If it has bread she has made it for me and my siblings. I absolutley loved it and when I moved away to Colorado I didnt have that fresh bread anymore. I was stuck eating store bought full of preservatives and chemicals. So, one day in my small apartment with the help of my mom over the phone I learned the art of cooking and baking. I went from being the worst cook in the family to a pro in dough. Now I want to share my found passion for food with my community. I am the biggest advocate for eating better food, I fully believe that once you start eating fresh natural food that youll never go back, I didnt. Everything I bake is fresh, no preservatives and no fluff. It’s going straight from my kitchen to yours.
